We've done our best to make SimDif as user-friendly and error free as possible, 

but we may not have thought of everything.

If you have an idea for a new feature, or think something important is missing from SimDif, please feel free to write to us also.

If you have found an issue not covered,
please write to us using the form below giving as many details as you can:

•  What kind of device do you use to connect to your Simple Different account?
    Computer, iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet?

•  How are you connected to the internet ?

       Wifi, ADSL, 3G ? at home, at the office ?

       * Many problems arise from a poor connection and 3G can be especially unreliable.

•  Have you tried restarting your device and the app?   ( it could be a cache problem )
